Technological ProcessRaw oil after dewater process goes into reactor. Heating, gasifying and cooling to get petrol and diesel component.After heating and gasifying, Petrol gas expels from top outlet of catalyze tower, and goes into petrol storage tank after cooling through condenser.Then inject petrol into another big storage tank.After heating and gasifying, Diesel gas expels from top outlet of catalyze tower, and goes into diesel storage tank after cooling through condenser. Then inject diesel into another big storage tank.Distilled diesel after treatment by oil reconcile tank,will becoming fuel oil with high quality.A little of flammable gas go through medium tank and into exhaust gas treatment equipment to be processed. And then go through water deal into furnace to burn.

Environmental Protection

For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnace for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material.
