Mitsotakis To Journalist: "Watch Your Shoelaces"

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was warmly received by the citizens who had gathered at the port of Tinos on Tuesday morning as he gave his "present" to the celebrations for the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

After disembarking from the missile boat "Xenos" with which he had earlier gone to the spot where the cruiser "Elli" was sunk by an Italian torpedo 83 years ago to pay tribute to the dead, Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke to the gathered citizens.

The prime minister wished everyone a many well wishes and referred reporters to his statement after the celebrations were over when they asked him to say something.

Among the journalists was Rena Kouveliotiby Alpha, with the Prime Minister noticing that her shoelaces were untied. "Watch your shoelaces", he was heard telling the reporter as she smiled and explained that the accident happened because someone stepped on her.
