All packages are payable monthly in advance on the due date agreed.
We pride ourselves in being efficient, cost effective and provide good value. We charge according to hours and the more work you provide the more hours will be required. If you run out of hours we use a top up system and will be charged the same rate for the package you subscibe to.
Late payments will mean discontinued use of service and any work done will be retained until payment is made.
Any additional expenses e.g. printing, stationery, delivery fees, etc. will be charged at cost.
Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client.
We agree to meet client’s deadlines provided that the client provides us with the information we request of them in good time.
All promotion will be done via your own existing databases.
